Return and Refund

Returns Policy

Products purchased through the CandyTech website are eligible for returns under the following conditions:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Receipt of the incorrect product
  • Physical damage incurred during transit

Requests for replacements must be made within 7 days from the delivery date. In instances of receiving wrong, damaged, or defective products, please inform us via email (accompanied by photographic evidence) within 24 to 48 hours of product receipt.

PROCESS FOR REPLACEMENT

We will respond within 48 hours, providing an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once your return request is authorized, the product will be collected within 48 hours. Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packing with all accessories included.

The replacement item will be dispatched within 3 to 6 working days post-verification.

Please be aware that replacements will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Physical damage or defects not reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Damage resulting from electrical surges/fluctuations or caused at the user's end.

Refund Policy:

A refund can be requested only if there is a failure to deliver a prepaid order. Refund will be provided within 7 days.

Shipping Policy:

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours, excluding national holidays.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled prior to shipment. For such cancellations, a full refund will be processed.
